Upon returning to my room after check-out, I realized I had forgotten my earpods, but the staff promptly contacted me and arranged to have them sent back to me—an exceptional display of customer care. the air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the warm summer days, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. the terrace provided a stunning panoramic view of Positano, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine while soaking in the breathtaking scenery. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room added a homely touch, allowing me to unwind and start my day feeling refreshed.
